Gagik Vardanyan graduated from the A. Tamanyan Construction Technical College (1976–1980), and later studied at the Yerevan Institute of National Economy, Faculty of Accounting and Economic Analysis, from 1982 to 1987. He was among the first in the Republic to obtain auditor qualification. For many years, he has worked both in the public and private sectors, specializing in accounting and auditing.

Gagik Vardanyan joined the company in March 2025. He coordinates the provision of accounting services within the company.
