Artyom Khachatryan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, and later obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia.

Artyom Khachatryan began his professional career back in 2011, working in state institutions and holding various positions, including managerial roles. His main specialization is in tax violations and economic crimes, particularly tax-related offenses.

In 2022–2023, he served as the Head of Division No. 2 of the Investigative Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and in 2023–2024, as the Head of the Fifth Division of the General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

Artyom Khachatryan is the Deputy Director of Legal and Tax Consulting LLC. He coordinates the provision of services to clients in the field of tax violations and economic crimes.
